Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information PmailX processes when you use the temporary mailbox, multiple-mailbox and exclusive-mailbox services.

Information we process

We may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including IP-derived security data, browser and device information, request timestamps, session identifiers, cookies, mailbox addresses, payment order details and service logs.

Messages delivered to a PmailX mailbox may include sender and recipient addresses, subject lines, message bodies, timestamps and attachment metadata. Do not use PmailX to receive highly sensitive, confidential or legally protected information.

How information is used

Information is used to create and maintain sessions, deliver incoming messages, prevent abuse, verify exclusive-mailbox payments, diagnose technical problems, enforce these terms and protect users and the service.

Cookies and local storage

PmailX uses security and session cookies so the server can associate your browser with the correct mailbox. The exclusive-mailbox flow may also store an order claim token in your browser so you can reopen an existing payment order. Clearing browser data can remove access to locally stored order information.

Service providers and public blockchains

PmailX may rely on hosting, content-delivery, email-delivery, database, security and blockchain-infrastructure providers. TRON transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. Transaction hashes, sending and receiving addresses, amounts and timestamps may be publicly visible and cannot be made private by PmailX.

Retention and security

Temporary mailbox sessions and stored messages may be deleted automatically according to the service configuration and operational needs. Payment, entitlement and security records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability or permanent message retention.

Your choices

You may stop using the service at any time, clear browser cookies and local storage, and avoid sending personal or sensitive information through a temporary mailbox. Requests concerning personal information can be sent using the contact details below.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using PmailX, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Permitted use

PmailX is provided for lawful email testing, verification messages, short-term registrations and other legitimate purposes. You are responsible for the mailbox addresses you create and for all activity performed through your session.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use PmailX for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, evasion of platform restrictions, infringement of intellectual-property rights, illegal transactions or any activity that harms another person, system or service.

You must not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, interfere with security controls, probe the infrastructure without authorization or attempt to access another user’s mailbox or payment order.

Temporary and exclusive mailboxes

Temporary mailboxes are short-lived and may expire or be removed without notice. They are not suitable for account recovery, financial services, identity documents or information that must remain private or permanently available.

An activated exclusive mailbox is reserved for the service term shown at checkout, currently 365 days unless the order states otherwise. Continued availability depends on compliance with these terms and the technical availability of the receiving domain and supporting providers.

TRX payments

Exclusive-mailbox payments must be sent on the stated TRON network, to the displayed receiving address and for the exact amount shown in the order. Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. Network fees, exchange-rate changes, payments to the wrong address or network, and unsupported token transfers are your responsibility.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by PmailX, completed blockchain payments are non-refundable after the exclusive mailbox has been activated.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PmailX does not guarantee that every message will arrive, that a mailbox will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Suspension, changes and liability

We may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse or maintain infrastructure. Features, domains, pricing and these terms may change. Material changes will apply from the date they are published.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PmailX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost messages, lost access, third-party actions, blockchain errors or losses caused by misuse of the service.
