An exclusive mailbox is designed for situations where you need a fixed receiving address, ongoing inbox access and stored message history. Unlike an automatically generated temporary address, you choose the prefix and the mailbox remains reserved for this order throughout the service period.
What is an exclusive mailbox?
An exclusive mailbox is a fixed email address reserved for the current order for a defined period. You can use it for website verification codes, registration notices, service alerts and other lawful messages. When mail arrives, PmailX stores it in the database and synchronizes it to this inbox through a real-time connection.
This page opens in preview mode and does not automatically connect to a paid mailbox. Credentials for mailboxes created in this browser are kept locally. To resume a mailbox, enter the same prefix and domain above, then choose the connect action.
How to create and pay for an order
Enter the prefix you want in the “Set Up an Exclusive Mailbox” section, then choose an available domain. After you click “Create Payment Order,” the payment details open in a dialog without interrupting the main page.
- Confirm the exclusive email address, payment amount and remaining order time shown in the dialog.
- Using a wallet that supports TRON Mainnet, sendthe exact native TRX amount.
- After the transfer is confirmed, copy the 64-character transaction hash (TxID), paste it into the dialog and click “Verify Payment.”
How to receive mail after payment
After verification, the mailbox status at the top of the page changes to “Active” and displays the full address, service expiry and real-time connection status. Copy the address to the website from which you want to receive mail, then keep this page open while you wait.
New messages appear in the inbox with the sender, subject preview and arrival time. Selecting a message opens the dedicated reader, where you can switch between HTML and plain text. External images are blocked by default to reduce privacy risks from tracking pixels.
Credentials, security and expiry

This browser can remember more than one paid mailbox. Enter the exact saved address in the setup section to switch between them. Clearing site data, ending a private-browsing session, or changing devices may remove the local recovery credentials.
Do not disclose order credentials or payment details
The receiving address and transaction hash are public blockchain data, but the mailbox order credential stored in the browser represents access rights. Do not export it, share it or submit it to an untrusted website.
Service expiry
After expiry, the system stops creating new exclusive-mailbox sessions. To continue using the service, follow the renewal or reactivation process provided on the page. Do not send another payment to an old order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my payment not verified immediately?
Blockchain transactions require confirmation. Make sure the transaction succeeded, the network is TRON Mainnet, the asset is native TRX and the amount is exact. Then wait briefly and refresh the order status.
Can the mailbox receive mail after I close the page?
The server can continue processing incoming mail. After reopening the page and restoring a valid order, the inbox loads the available message history from the database.
Can several people use the same exclusive mailbox?
It is not recommended. The exclusive mailbox and its recovery credential should remain under the order owner’s control. Sharing the browser credential increases the risk of exposing message contents.
