What is a temporary inbox?
Temporary Inboxworks like a short-term window for receiving email. The service gives you a working temporary address without asking for your real name, phone number or regular email address.
When you need to complete awebsite registration , receivea verification email , test an email delivery flow, or keep marketing messages away from your regular inbox, you can use a temporary email address. Messages appear directly in theTemporary Inboxon this page.
A simple example
For example, before trying an online tool, you can copy the address lake27@quickbox.email and enter it on the registration page. After the site sends its verification message, return here to read the code. Once verification is complete, generate a new temporary address instead of giving your regular email to a site you may use only once.
Temporary email addresses have a defined lifetime, and both the address and its messages may be removed automatically when it expires. Use it for short-term, non-sensitive mail, not as a permanent contact address or storage space.
How to set up a temporary email
Randomly generated address
When the page opens, a complete email address is generated automatically. Copy it to start using it; click Generate New whenever you need a different address.
Custom Address
Switch toCustom Addressthen enter the prefix you want and choose a domain from the drop-down list. The available options are quickbox.email 和 inboxkit.net two domains.
For example, enter mytestas the prefix and choose inboxkit.netas the domain. The complete address will be mytest@inboxkit.net. After checking the address, click Use Address.
How to use a temporary email
- Copy the email address: copy the random address in the “Get a Temporary Email” section, or create and use a custom address.
- Enter it on the target website:paste the temporary address into the email field of the registration, verification or testing form.
- Return and wait for the message:after submitting the form, return to this page and keep it open while the system checks for new mail.
- Read the message:new messages appear in the “Temporary Inbox” list with the sender, subject and arrival time.
- Refresh manually when needed:if the verification code does not appear immediately, wait a moment and then click Refresh Inbox.
- Change the address when finished:click Generate New so you do not keep reusing the same address across different websites.
Important usage notes
Do not use a temporary email address for bank notices, payment information, account recovery messages, identity documents or other important material. The address may expire and messages are not stored permanently.
Some websites do not accept public temporary-email domains. If a verification code does not arrive, first confirm that the address was entered correctly, then refresh the inbox, switch domains or generate a new address.
